People of South Africa were struggling against the system of aparthied .They needed to change the point of view of white people for blacks .As the blacks or the native people of South Africa were facing discrimination on the colour basis ,they needed a constitution to protect their rights. They knew that constitution would create harmony between people of Africa so they demanded constitutionconstitution would also create a sense of equality ,protection of minority and self respect for people living in Africa
