How do you find quadratic equation from just the x and y intercepts and vertex? And what about x-intercepts(/y-intercepts) and vertex?

we will plot graph by gollowing rule.
1)we will plot vertex first
2)then we will plot that two co-ordinates.
3)we will sketch a parabola equally distributed with that vertex and passing through that points.
4)no....if it is upward .....'a' wlii be poitive and vice verca.
5)co-rdinate of vertex are always givan by
x=-b/2a
and
y=4ac-b^2/(4a)
we will get equation.....
