How does bile juice help in digestion of that of other nutrients?​

Bile is alkaline and contains salts which help to emulsify or break the fats or lipid present in the food. it make acidic food alkaline which comes from stomach so that pancreas act on it and it also breaks the fats present in the food into small globules making it easy for the enzymes to act and digest them.
