Sound travels in form of waves as it requires a medium to be travelled from a mean point to another mean point....
usually its waves are in forms of crest and troughs which have a highest displacement called as amplitude....
the rate of cycles , vibrations or oscillations per unit time of sound waves is called as frequency.......
