please tell me that the speed of light is equal to speed of our eye ray or not

The speed of light is 3 * 10^8 m/s..
And our eyes see a person or object..
when the light ray enter our eye..
after reflecting from that object.. so there is no thing such as eye rays..
our eyes don't emit any kind of these rays..
We utilise the speed of light for our vision..
