How is indebtedness both a cause and effect of poverty? explain,

when a poor gets a loan from a local money lender for a emergency situation at a high interest and they fulfil their needs...after some days the loan amount gets increased and he is unable to repay the loan and then leading to debt he gets in  the cycle of debt leading to poverty and in this way indebtedness is both the cause and effect of poverty.......

Indebtedness can b a cause because people don't use to get proper incomes which results in this n effect because indebtedness results in poverty because of low incomes
