Hey.Here is your answer u r looking for...

The ratio of their radius =2:3

Now, T.S.A of Sphere is 4pi r^2

t.s.a. 4pi (2)^2. 4
------ = ------------ = ---
t.s.a. 4pi (3)^2. 9

Hence,Ratio of their T.S.A = 4:9
