how is the nitrogen gas released from human being ?

✏Nitrogen, in gas form, does not serve any purpose in the body. It actually cannot even get absorbed by the body.

✏For this reason, nitrogen is either released through belching or it passes straight through the digestive tract until it reaches the colon.

✏Nitrogen remains unchanged for the most part when it is released.
