how many aluminium ions are present in 0.0519 g of aluminium oxides?

Aluminium oxide is :  Al2 O3

Molecular mass = 102 units

in 102 grams we have  Na  = avogadro number of molecules  => 2 * Na atoms of Aluminum  or  2 * Al  ions.

 So  number of ions = 2 * 0.0519 / 102  * 6.0225 * 10^23
                       = 6.128 * 10^20
