Answer:

Number of atoms of hydrogen = 1

To find:

Mass of 1 atom of Hydrogen atom

Solution:

The mass of 1 mole of hydrogen = 1g

1 mole of substance contain 6.022 × atoms.

Thus 1 mole of hydrogen contains =6.022 ×

∴ Mass of 6.022 × atoms of hydrogen = 1 g

As mass of 6.022 × atoms of hydrogen is 1g, therefore mass of one atom of hydrogen is:

Mass of 1 atom of hydrogen = g

Conclusion:

Thus the mass of 1 atom of hydrogen atom is 1.66058×g.

One mole i.e. (6.02×10^23 atoms) of hydrogen weigh 1.008 g.

Thus, weight of 1 atom of hydrogen is 6.02×10^23.

=1.008

=1.66×10^-24g.

Answer : 1.66×10^-24g.
