How to find quadratic equation from roots if one root is given in irrational form?

General standard quadratic equation :

ax² + bx + c = 0

If one root of the equation is given as irrational format then the roots will occur in irrational conjugated pairs

aslike , assuming the root to be p -√q
Then the other root will be p + √q respectively
