How to find value of log(0.130)/(0.0001)^2
log[0.13/(0.0001)^2]
log[0.13/(10^-4)^2]

log[0.13/10^-8]
log[0.13*10^8]
log(0.13)+log(10^8)
log(0.13)+8≈7.1139
log(0.130)/(0.0001)^2≈7.1139

Explanation:

log \dfrac{0.130}{(0.0001)^2}

log \dfrac{0.130}{(10-^4)^2}

log \dfrac{0.130}{10-^8}

log \dfrac{130}{1000} × 108

log130 - log1000 + log108

[log10=1, log100=2 & so]

\sf{2.11 - 3  +  8  log10}

\sf{-0.89 + 8}

≈ 7.11

Hope it helps you ^_^
