● Keep all the electronic devices away from ur eyes......and also keep ur notification button closed.....
● Think of ur future....and say to urshelf...what m i made for....what to be in the future...
● Set a goal to become on future...u must stick to it...
● If u cant focuss at all then start the 10 mins theory...where u have to set a time by seeing in the clock of 10 mins...then u will see that u can't stop reading only after 10 mins....
● u must watch motivational videos on youtube...
