Tom and Jerry show can be considered as a humourous show. When jerry tries to steel cheese from Tom's house, tom chases jerry and finally fails in doing so. This happens frequently. so, it can be considered as a humourous incident when u see the show.
Similarly, in the show :Doraemon, Nobitha always ask the protagonist for help( even for doing home works and, when there is test for him, etc). Even this can be given as an example for humorous incident from cartoon.
