price of 50 dozen BANANAS = Rs 450

Total BANANAS= 50 x 12 = 600

Deffective BANANAS= 60

Good BANANAS= 600 - 60 = 540/12 = 20dozens

Selling price per dozen = x

x/450 = 110/100 (orginal price + profit = 100+10 = 110)

x = 450x 110/100

x = Rs495

So he should sold a dozen BANANAS in the rate of Rs495

NOW GO AND EAT SOME BANANAS AND MARK AS BRAINLIEST BRO

urusha: but your answer is wrong because in the last page of my book the answer of this question is rs. 11 per dozen
meghwaljii: yes 11 is right
meghwaljii: because 60 are defective that is 5 dozen defective
meghwaljii: remaining bananas=45 dozen
meghwaljii: 10% profit + 450 (cost)= 495
meghwaljii: therfore 1 dozen selling price = 495/45 =11 Rs
animeshmishra0paqd2r: mark brainliest
