tens digit is 5 more than units digit so

x+5<=9

x <=4

hundreds digit is eight less than x+5

x+5-8>=0

x-3>=0

x>=3

Therefore x>=3&x <=4

Therefore number is either

083 or 194

But we know 083 is not a two digit number so correct answer is 194.
