There are three tenses each with four sub-divisions as given below-
i. Indefinite tenses
ii. Continuous tenses
iii. Perfect tenses
iv. Perfect continuous tenses
So, altogether there will be 12 sentences if to write in all tense forms. I give here only the Affirmative forms of the sentence- I buy an ice cream.
