I told him that i had a message for him.

OR

i said to him that i had a meesage for him

But the first sentence is gramatically more correct.

Hope this helps

Have a great week ahead

ajay2155: phle bta kesa aya tb dunga mrks
CaptainSiddiquee: agr
ajay2155: agr mtlb
CaptainSiddiquee: direct sppech me present perfect tense hoti h toh indirect banate time present Perfect Past perfect tense me change ho jati h
ajay2155: thik h
ughbruhh: look it was in past tense...'said' is past for 'say'.... so actually the work has been already done... already bataya h tumne ki tunhare pas uske lie msg h
ughbruhh: so wo hi sentence agar hume indirect karna ho to waha par bhi past hu ayga
ughbruhh: hi* ayega
ughbruhh: islie indirect me 'have' ka past 'has' use karte h
soyalkha: taks
