we know,
speed of wave = wavelength of wave × frequency of wave.

here speed of wave = speed of light = 3 × 10^8 m/s
and frequency of wave = 1000kHz
= 1000 × 1000 = 10^6 Hz

so, wavelength of wave = speed of light /frequency of wave
= 3 × 10^8/10^6 = 3 × 10^2 m = 300m

hence, length of transmitting antenna = wavelength of wave = 300m
