If length of diagonal of a rhombus whose area 216square.cm is 24cm then find the length of second diagonal.maths problems

as we know that

area of rhombus=1/2×product of diagonal

216=1/2×24×2nd diagonal

2nd Diagonal = 216/12

=18

so the length of second diagonal of rhombus is 18 cm

                    ⇒  216 = 1/2(24xd2)
                       ⇒ d2 = 18 cm
