$\alpha + \beta + \gamma = - b \div a$

so, sum of zeroes = -2/1 = (-2)

$\alpha \beta + \beta \gamma + \gamma \alpha = c \div a$

so, 4/1 = 4

$\alpha \beta \gamma = - d \div a$

so, product of zeroes = -3/1 = (-3)
