On one cold pleasant night, I was sitting by the window, reading a novel. Suddenly, I heard a sound outside my door. Curious, I opened the front door and took a peek outside. To my astonishment, there was an alien-like being standing at my doorstep. It looked at me with surprise and stiffened up. It waved its hands around my face, seemingly trying to tell me something. As I was trying to grasp the situation, I heard a loud growl from its stomach. I gently took its hands and led the alien inside my home. I went to the kitchen and made some quick snacks for it to eat. Laying the plate next to the alien, I watched as it gobbled up everything. The alien then pushed the plate up to me, gesturing for more food. Confused yet scared of the unknown alien, I quickly refilled the plate with heaps of food. To my surprise, instead of eating it, it took the plate of food and gestured me to follow it. Both of us went to my backyard, where I saw a massive spaceship. Shrieking in surprise, I backed up. The alien ignored my small outburst and made a shrill noise. As if on a signal, more aliens came out from the spaceship and surrounded us. They carefully inspected me, and as if deeming me harmless, they took the plate of food and went back inside the spaceship. My alien visitor then turned to me and bowed a perfect 90 degree. Engulfing me in a hug, it returned to its family, and the spaceship flew away.
