Imagine the lungs and size of elephant. Is there any relation between body size and lung size?

Elephant's lungs are unique because other mammals usually share the same characteristics when it comes tolungs, they are located in the spacebetween pleura which is a lubricated membrane.But in Elephants, there is not pleura or they do not have anypleura space for breathing, elephantsbreath out about an average of

I dont really think so i would say for example a human can be fat orbthin but lung size in most cases can be similar
