Quantity of honey =30*7/10=21 litres.
Quantity of water =30*3/10=9 litres
Let X liters of water is added then
21:9+X=3:7
7(21)=3(9+X)
147=27+3X
3X=120
X=40
Therefore the quantity of water is added =40 litres.
