Here is your answer:

For A and B : 20 min ---- 200m

10 min ----- 100m

5 min ------- 50m

For B and C : 10 min ---- 250 m

2 min ------ 50 m (as to make both b as same , make it to 50 m by dividing it by 5)

For A and C : as both b are in 50 m, so A and C will be 5+ 2 = 7 m apart

As A beat C in 100 m race (50 *2) so 7 *2= 14 min
