since disgonals of paralleligram bisect each other, mid pt of diagonals are same.
so now mid ptconnectinh r&s is (4+5)/2,(7+6)/2
=(9/2,13/2)
so (a+1)/2=9/2
a+1=9 or, a=8
again,(b+2)/2=13/2
or, b+2=13
or, b= 11
so a=8, b=11 (ans)
