so, (angle)OEA + (angle)EOA = (angle)BAE

( sum of an exterior angle is to the sum of opposite two interior angle of a triangle )

therefore, (angle)OEA = (angle)BAE - (angle)EOA

or, (angle)AEC = (angle)BAE - (angle)DCE
