There is no diagram of the streets.  I can not say whether they are parallel or not.  Usually dumping grounds are not very shaped.

It is a good social service that the NGO planned to clean the dumping ground.  Then NGO would also advise the neighbours not to dump any junk in that area.  They would also inform the municipality to provide a waste bin over there.

The conversion of the dumping yard into a playground has two good aspects. One is that uncleanly, ugly and useless land is converted into a good and well used one.  Then people will be saved from stink, dogs and pigs.  Also, children will have a good playground. Not only that elders can also rest there in evenings and people could do public yoga or laughing club meetings or exercises in the morning after a quick walk.

The good value exhibited is the social concern, social responsibility to provide children their basic right to grow in a healthy manner.  Playing enhances children's all round development.  They exhibited public service, concern for children of the country and bringing useless land into use.
