where atom is in a neutral state

Rutherford gold foil experiment where Mass is in a part of a atom I.e nucleus

and he says that the e- loses it energy after much acceleration compared from mechanics the the e- go and falls in the nucleus where a substance do not exist

Explanation:

bohr: says the shells have constant energy and e- revolves with constant energy and neuron is a neutral part in a atom and proton with + ve charge
