India has the Parliamentary form of the Government. The three Reasons to Prove the Statements are----
1) ↔ Article 79 of the Indian Constitution Provides that, ''There shall be the Parliament for the union which shall consist of the President and the two houses to be known as the Council of States and the House of the Peoples.
Parliament at the Top make all the Laws which are used for Governing the Country. No ministers can make the bill as a law or act until it is passed in the Parliament.
2) ↔ No one is the Head in the Country which is govern by the Parliamentary form of the Government. Similarly In India, there is no one, who is the Head of the Country.Only the Powers are exercised by the Ministers which can be increased or decreased by the Prior Permission of the Parliament.
The President of the India is elected Indirectly because India has the Parliamentary form of the Government.
If the President of the India is elected Directly then he can be the rival at the center to the council of ministers as the power is resided in the council of ministers headed by the Prime Ministers and the Union Parliament. This Would we against the Parliamentary form of the Government if the President is elected directly and be not given any real power.
3) All the three emergency, which can be exercised by the President in the Country, must be Passed in the Parliament within one month or two month as the case of the emergency be.
4) ↔ All the Budget which are required by the country can be only given when it is passed in the Parliament. Even the Financial Budget have to also pass in Parliament before applying in a Country.
All these Reasons proves that India has the Parliamentary Form of the Government.
