2. The country went through partiation which was miserable. Pakistan and India faced the worst experience where almost 10 lakh people died. This miserable past can't be forgotten by both the sides.

3. The Britishers left the decision on leader of princely states to decide which country they would join, India, Pakistan or remain independent. Its was not easy task for constitutional makers to bring them all together.

4. The constitutional makers weren't sure about success of country in future ao they made constitution concerned with todays and future if India.
