uniform circular motion is an accelerated motion consider an object going straight with a constant speed it has the direction same and the magnitude of velocity that is speed is same hence it is not set to be accelerated but in a circular motion however the speed of an object changes its velocity get change why because its direction is changing on each instant ok and we know that the change in velocity is the acceleration

Answer:

in uniform circular motion the body moves in a circular path with constant speed but changes the direction of speed continuously so the velocity of the motion is accelerated

for example the second hand of a clock moves continuously with constant speed but its direction of speed changes continuously so the velocity of the second hand is accelerated

Explanation:

hence if a body is moving in a circular path it is moving with constant speed but with accelerated velocity
