Dear Diary:

I am so excited and happy today! I have been elected as the captain of school hockey team. I really had to wait long to get this honor. Now when, I have got this prestigious responsibility, I will have to work very hard. Before becoming the captain I just had to look after my own game; now I will have to be responsible for the entire team’s performance. I will have to be a perfect role model. I will have to keep the team well-coordinated. I have so many plans for my team’s betterment and improvement. With the cooperation and guidance of my coach, I will make my team as the best team in the city.

Dear Diary,


I want to share the good news with you that today I am declared the captain of the hockey team in school. I am really happy today so I wanted to share this news with you first of all. I had always dreamed of this and I cannot believe this that my dream has finally become a reality.

Today is one of the happiest days of my life and I am going to celebrate today with my family on this happy occasion. But I am also very nervous that it is a big responsibility for me too. I hope I do everything in a good way and I hope my team wins under my supervision.
