Ya it's possible but first you have to identify your weak subject and you must focus on it and try to improve your mistakes that you commit .
then after this focus your strong subject /topics

Yes its surely possible. If you concentrate on studies and only studies. You can surely get 90+% in exams. Just don't get tensed be calm.
