(2x)^2 - (3y)^2 [(a+b) (a-b) = a^2 - b^2]
4x^2 - 9y^2

solu: (2x + 3y) (2x – 3y) =[(a+b) (a–b)]
=(a)²+(b)²
= (2)²+(3)²
= 4x² + 9x²
