Dear Riya,
How are you? Hope this letter finds you in the best of your health. Riya, you know today I went to a dentist. It was very difficult for me to tolerate. The dentist took my teeth out. It was very painful. I shouted a lot. The pain remained only for a few minutes and it disappeared. Now I am totally fine. The dentist recommended me not to eat chocolates and sweets and said me to brush twice a day. I will tell you more when we will meet.
