1}Aurangazeb was intolerant towards other religions, primarily Hinduism. As a result, he could not get the support of the Rajputs when he was involved in the Deccan Wars.2]There were many revolts in various provinces of the empire after the death of Aurangazeb. Many provincial governors nurtured a hostile attitude towards the emperor but did not dare to defy him. When the emperor passed away, all the suppression came out in the form of revolts.
3}Aurangazeb’s successors were weak and spent their time indulging in luxuries instead of focusing on how to get rid of the evils that had crept into the kingdom.
