*Blood is a special connective tissue consisting of fluid matrix , plasma and formed elements.
*RBCs play a significant role in transport of respiratory organs.
*WBCs help to destroy foreign organisms entering the body.
*Platelets can release a variety of substances most of which are involved in the coagulation of blood.

the blood id mainly a tissue,that flows i the blood vessels carrying different types of nutrients,gases water and waste materials,it is made up of plasma and cells.
plasma is the straw coloured liquid part of blood .cells are of three types-
1 red blood cells
2white bllod cells
3 blood platelets
rbc  are disc like in shape with a depression in between and they contain haeoglobin
wbc helps to fight the germs which enter in our body
platelets help in the clotting of the blood
