• Write reference, either taken from book, sites, videos etc.
• Use main headings, sub-headings to categorize the content.
• Highlight keywords to summarise points.
• Underline important points.
• Make sure that the entences formed using own words should convey appropriate meaning of the text.
• Use diagrams, graphs and pictures to represent the information.
