Mrs. jain is 5 times as old as her daughter. six years later she will be three times as old as her daughter. find the present age of mrs jain​

daughter six years later = x+6

mrs. jain = 5x

mrs. jain six years later = 3(x+6)

5x + 6=3(x+6)

5x + 6 = 3x + 18

5x - 3x = 18 - 6

2x = 12

x = 12/2 = 6 years

present age of mrs. jain = 3( 6 + 6 )= 36 years old
