MULTIPLE ANSWER QUESTION
the ratio of the distances travelled by two two bodies A and B starting from rest moving along a straight line with equal acceleration is n , then (Assume tA, tB as time takern by bodies A and B respectively)

a) tA ≥ tB , if n ≥ 1
b) tA ≤ tB , if n ≤ 1
c) tA = tB , if n = 1
d)tA > tB , if n < 1

Given ratio of distance travelled by A and B = n:1
Since they have same acceleration,
aceleration=v-u/t      (u=0,since starts from rest)

Answer (C) is right since, both will cover same distance,since they start from reast and have same acceleration. so time taken will also be same
Ta=Tb

acceleration of A=Va/Ta = acceleration of B=Vb/Tb

Distance:speed × time
Distance of A= Va×Ta

Distance of B=Vb×Tb

Distance of A:Distance of B = Va×Ta:Vb×Tb = n:1

Va×Ta:Vb×Tb = n:1

(since Va=Vb constant)
Ta/Tb=n/1
So,if n value is increased to more than 1,Ta value is more than Tb
answer (a) is also right.

Same way as the n value decreases to less than 1,Ta value is less than Tb
soo option (b) is also right.

So the right answers are: (a),(b) and (c)
