Holy places in the Northern Mountains of India:

Northern Mountains of India is full of Pilgrims places and has become famous for many sacred places.  

The Char Dham – Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamnotri, and Gangotri. They are believed to convey the presence of four sacred abodes. They are present in the Himalayan range of Garhwal, Chamoli, and Uttarkashi district respectively.

Chandra hila  – located in Garhwal region of Himalayas, believed to be the meditation site of Ram.

Hemkund Sahib – is located in the Chamoli Himalayan region of Uttarakhand. It is the highest gurudwara in the world and a holy place for the Sikhs.  

Vaishno Devi Mandir – is a holy place located in the Trikuta Range of the Himalayas in the Indian state of Jammu Kashmir.
