There is no cell in our body which is 1 Metre in length! The biggest cell in our body is the Ovum or the female egg cell, which is about 1 millimetre in diameter; that is 1000 micrometres. If you actually meant organs by cells, there are a few organs which are actually longer than a metre, such as the small intestine, which is about 6 metres long in an adult. The large intestine is 1.5 metres long. Thank you!
