Narrate some of the mischievous acts that helen and martha did one another and other people

Martha Washington and Helen were childhood companions who played, did mischief and enjoyed life together. Helen would usually take delight in dominating her in child's play. Both of them would spend a great time in the kitchen. They would knead dough balls, help in making ice-cream, grind coffee, and sometimes quarrel over cake-bowl. Feeding the hens and turkeys were their favourite pastime. Sometimes they would indulge in mischief on each other too. Once Helen cut Martha's hair and Martha was about to cut Helen's hair when Helen's mother saved her. Martha was a wonderful companion in Helen's early childhood. Once Helen and Martha secretly carried off the woodpile cake which the cook had just frosted, and ate every bit of it. Helen fell quite ill afterwards.
