Let the radius of solid sphere be R = 6 cm and the radius of each ball be r = 1 cm

No. of balls can be made =

=> Volume of solid sphere ÷ Volume of one ball

=> 4/3 π R³ ÷ 4/3 π r³

=> R³ / r³

=> (R/r)³

=> (6/1)³

=> 216 balls

Hope this helps.....

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of solid sphere = 4/3πr^3

=4/3x22/7x8x8x8

Volume of a ball =4/3πr^3

=4/3x22/7x1x1x1

Number of balls =(4/3xπx8x8x8).

--------------------

(4/3xπx1x1x1)

=512.
