there is carbonic acid present in the soda so when carbon dioxide is released from soda the pH value of soda increases because carbon dioxide is acidic in nature

We all know that the "fizz" element in the soda bottles, comes from the added carbon dioxide gas at a high pressure in the soda bottles.
Carbon dioxide is acidic in chemical nature.
That's why when we open and release the carbon dioxide from the soda bottle, the allover acidic value decreases and the total pH value of that particular soda bottle also decreases.
