Here we have 13 persons including Swati. We want the number of ways in which a minimum of 10 persons: ie., the number ways in which 10 persons can be seated + number of ways in which 11 persons can be seated + ....
So: [ 10! + 11! + 12 ! + 13 ! ] / 2
= 1/2 * 10! [ 1 + 11 + 132 + 132* 13 ]
= 864 * 10 !
