let , that one digit be x and other y .

from first condition

1ox+3y

from second condition

3y(10) +x

so add both numbes

x+10x+30y+3y=88

11x+33y=88

Divinding by 11 to both sides

X+3y=8........1

SO there is no another equation

Hence take value of x

X=1

Then 1+3y=8

3y=8-1

3y=7

Y=7/3.(but it is not a rational number)

So put x=2

2+3y=8

3y=8-2

3y=6

Y=6/3

Y=2

So the original number is 10x+3(y)

10*2+3*2

20+6

26

Hope it help you
