Respected Principal,

I, the undersigned want to state that the district administration have organised a three days inter school campaign for tree plantation. It would be held all over the district. The campaign will start from 10th November at about 10 am. It will take an end on 13th instant. The programme will be inaugurated by our District Magistrate. It has been decided to arrange the inauguration ceremony at Central Hall of our district. The most active participants would be rewarded by DM Sir.

I, on the behalf of the head of this organisation want to request you to be present and let your students take participation in this great campaign.
