out of p- and O- dibromobenze which one has higher melting point and why??​

p- dibromobenze has higher melting point than its O- isomer due to symmetry of p- isomer that's fit in the crystal lattice better than the O- isomers.Hence, p- isomers has higher melting than O- isomer
